Kent and Mary Alice Fairbanks are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Janell, to Jon Ruff, son of Lynn and Joy Ruff of Highland.

Jan and Jon were married May 3, 2008 in The St. George Temple.

Jan graduated from BYU with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He will graduate in August from Idaho State University with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.

Jan and Jon both served missions for the LDS Church. Jan served in the Salta, Argentina mission. Jon served in the Budapest, Hungary mission.

An open house will be held in their honor, May 17, 2008, from 6-8 p.m. at the LDS Church, located at 12101 S. 700 West in Draper.

The couple will make their home in Salt Lake City.
