Tooele County is full of laid back, country life, and that's the exact reason Laura Lee and her husband moved to Grantsville.
Two weeks ago the couple and their young son moved out to the Tooele Valley to escape the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City.
"We had lived in Riverton and then we moved to Idaho Falls for my husband's job and then we moved backed to Murray," Lee said. "After living in the rural setting of Idaho we couldn't take the busy, crowded life of Salt Lake."
Lee does have relatives in Tooele County which makes to moving to Grantsville an added bonus.
"I remember coming out to visit family and my siblings and I would go down to Handy Corner to get a soda and people there would say, 'Oh you're so-and-so's kids,'" Lee said. "I like the small town life, the close-knit community, where everyone knows everyone."
She does suggest one improvement Tooele County could make, though.
"There are only a couple of roads in and out of Tooele, and another road or two would be nice, but as Tooele grows I'm sure that the improvement is on its way."
